Description
Directly ocean front on Keawakapu Beach, with expansive south-facing shoreline views down the Wailea coastline, the iconic Mana Kai stands alone as the only Hotel-zoned (vacation rental approved) beach front resort in South Kihei. Located on south Maui's longest stretch of uninterrupted walking beach on Wailea's northern shoulder, Mana Kai 410 presents a tasteful and recent remodel. Among the many upgrades: * The dated Shoji "privacy" door separating the living room and primary bedroom was jettisoned in favor of an elegant and more effective custom sliding divider door * All new cabinetry and granite counters were installed, setting the tone for a kitchen transormation that also included all new high end appliances * The primary bathroom was completely remodeled and features expansive custom tile work and granite counters * Luxury vinyl flooring was installed throughout * All new furniture, wall art, and Smart TVs were added No wonder that #410 reigns as one of the highest-rated vacation rentals operating at Mana Kai, with over 100 5-star reviews! Mana Kai Resort feels like a hybrid luxury hotel and condo property, with a front desk, on-property convenience market and deli, beach gear and board rentals, and later this year, the crown jewel: The Beach House Restaurant, feet from the water and leased by Peter Merriman, adds yet another layer of allure to this incomparable property. There's also an immaculate and well equipped online gym, and the snorkeling directly in front of the property is a South Maui highlight. Mana Kai Maui is managed by Vacation-Maui, one of Maui's top-ranked management companies.
